Windows Continues to crash

I need to see if any one mightgbe able to assist with a problem I am
having with my system shutting down. When it sits idle it will decide
to shut down.

First of all here is the report I am getting when it hs shut down
(blue screen of death):

Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Technical Information:
Stop: 0x000000D1(0x9F22AC65,0x00000002,0x00000001,0xF81C6C7B)

USBPORT.SYS - Address F81C6C7B base at F81BD000, DateStamp 3d6ddc31

From this information, is there any ideas what might be causing this
problem.
