RCFOX.SYS causing Blue Screen Failure

I am getting the following errors everyday now, usually
overnight so I see the blue screen error when I arrive in
the morning.

Here is an abbreviated version of what is on the blue
screen:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut
down to preevent damage to your computer.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

IF This is the first time youve seen this stop error
screen, restart. If this scren appears again,follow these
steps:
Check to mak sure any new hardware or software is
properly installed.

Etc.
