Computer crashes ALL THE TIME. Please help

Hi,

I've got a generic tower system that I put together
myself. Mobo: Asus A7N8x-deluxe, 512MB Ram, all the
standard peripherals, and Windows XP Home. It crashes
all the time, and the Windows crash analysis says that a
device driver caused the crash, but it doesn't know which
one specifically. Lately, on the blue screen of death,
I've been getting this:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

--and--

USBPORT.SYS - Address F980C11B base at F9806000,
Datestamp 3d6ddc31

I can't figure this out at all, and I would appreciate
any feedback from anyone who might know what this is.
Thanks a lot.

Going crazy,

Ed
