Windows Components

Hello.
Well, here's something I kinda feel dumb about doing. I
must have been bored or something but I was goofing
around and unchecked all those 'optional' windows
components. So, um, how do you get them back? I've
already tried the Wizard and was only able to get the IE
back. I also tried to get them back off of my XP disk
with no results. What am I doing wrong?

Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components
