Windows clock keeps changing...

The time display on the taskbar of my wife's computer with WinXP, SP2 has
been changing unexpectedly ever since the early Daylight Savings Time reset.
Everything will be fine for a few days, then suddenly the time will show an
hour early. She corrects it and it's good for three, four or five days, then
it loses an hour again. This is extremely frustrating. Is there any way to
stop this?

You might want to double check your Timezone and DST setting.
