windows CE.net 4.2 easy question!!!

Sorry for writting here but it's a short question and i think that you could
easily anwser it?

Does windows CE.net 4.2 support win32 applications as wpe does?

CE.net 4.2 can't run on WinXPe
No guaratie it can visa versa.
CE uses an reduce WIN32 subset
