windows cannot open this file.... TFTP2316 or TFTP1076

When I restart the computer I get two error messages in
succession -- both searching for a program to open the
TFTP files. When I click okay, search the web for the
program, the message just disappears.... I can use the
computer with no problem, but the error messages pop up
every time I turn it back on again. Any suggestions?

You've been infected by a variant of the Blaster worm. See
www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_qr.htm#rpc for a small utility to remove the
virus, and a link to the Microsoft patch to prevent future infection.

Additionally, click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

Look in the right pane for any value that references these TFTP**** files.
If found, right click the value and select Delete.
