Windows CALS & TS Cals

Microsoft are giving me different responses. with this
scenario how many cals and ts cals do i need?
2 windows 2000 servers one a database server and the other
a terminal server. 10 windows 2000 professional clients

5 need to log on to the terminal server occasionaly to use
it in application server mode.

I beleive that the 10 win 2k clients have a built in tscal
so i need 10 windows cals and no ts cals. but my servers
are in per seat mode and give out more that 10 cals - when
logging on to terminal services does it use an extra
windows cal? making the total ammount of cals needed 15?
this is occuring at many of our sirtes and microsoft can
not seem to give me a correct answer

CALS needed for each concurrent connection, so if 15 people may be on at
once, then 15 FP CALs.

TS CALs no needed for Pro clients

Servers should be in per seat mode.
