Windows boot backgrounds & image location

Does any one Know where Microsoft hides the backgrounds
and images they display when windows is booting and can
they be customized (changed for my own creations)?

I got the addresses backwards. WWW.Belchfire etc is the program location

Do what 'Richard' said if you have windows xp.

If not then use tweak ui to set the boot screen
pictures to your own choice.

Incorrect. With TweakUI you cannot change the bootscreen or welcome screen
pictures/backgrounds.
