windows based terminal (WBT) client denied connection by TS Licensing

MS Knowledge Base TID 825027.
I have 5 wbt clients that cannot connect to the TS. The
error is "Terminal Server ended the connection" I have
applied the patch from hotfix825027 which made no
difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Can you check with the manufacturor of the WBTs to see if they have an
update?
