Windows Backup

I am using Vista Ultimate and already made a backup a couple of weeks ago.
Now when I try to use Windows backup, I get an error message:

The backup application could not start due to an internal error:

Server execution failed (0x80080005)

Please check your system configuration and try again.

Any clues?!
