Windows Automatic Update

My windows automatic update but will not download the SP2
at all it just sits there saying, "downloading updates:
0%" for hours. I'm running 11.0 Mbps internet speed.
Is there anyway to reset the program or reinstall it?

Don't feel suprised. I clicked the "Download SP2 Update" -
from Automatic Updates-button on 7/19/04 at 7:56am EST
and to this moment the update is not completed!
The Automatic Updates format and icons have changed in
the My Computer System Properties Folder!!
Yet under the "General" tag info ; It still reads
SERVICE PACK 1.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM OR BUG.
I was thinking it was my computer system.
