Windows asks for password after installation

I had finished installing Windows XP Home Edition SP1 and I got to the step
where it asked me to create some users. I filled in the following users:
'Elaine' and 'Noelle'. I then clicked the Next button and the system
rebooted and then the Windows Welcome screen showed up with three users -
Elaine, Noelle, and Guest. I clicked on all three, and they all asked for a
password. I never specified a password. I rebooted and tried to access the
Administrator account from Safe Mode and was asked for a password. I never
specified a password. Can someone please help me?
