Windows and Word Perfect 8

Before I started using Microsoft Word, I used Word
Perfect and never had problems. Since I started using
Word, when I try to use WP I get notice that there is a
problem and I should notify Microsoft. I've been
notifying Microsoft, but Mcrosoft doesn't respond and the
problem doesn't go away. What can I do?
