windows advance 2000 server constant reboot

I have two domain controller, one of the DC rebooted
itself since Friday every 67 mintues. I turned task
scheduler off. I ran for viruses twice. check the event
log but no error found. the server produced a dump file
1GB in c:\winnt\dump. I have 1GB of memory and 3.5 GB on
C: drive.

The best thing to do is contact the Setup Team here at Microsoft, so that
they can analyze the dump.
