I have several e-mail accounts. When I receive e-mail all the accounts
download into 1 file. How do I separate the accounts so that I only receive
mail from 1 e-mail address?

You would need to make a different account in Vista, as Windows Mail doesn't
support identities anymore. You can also try a different email client
(Outlook, Thunderbird) for that functionality.

Windows Live Mail does more like what you want:

If you want more details on it, though, you'll get them faster
if you ask in newsgroup:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

There are five possible solutions:

1. Create folders for each email account and create message rules
to move email addressed to each account into the appropriate folder.

2. Create and use different Windows Users, each with their own email
account. This option gives the most privacy.

3. Upgrade to the newer Windows Live Mail which has separate folders
for each account: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

4. Purchase the add-on utility WMIDs which adds identities to WM
http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/Default.aspx

5. Install a different email program like Outlook or Thunderbird.
