Some of accessories have disappeared, such as disk
cleanup, defragmentation etc.

I tried re-inserting the suppliers disc and restoring the
XP utilities but they are still abscent.

Another problem I have is with closedown causing the
screen to hang

Any ideas anyone?

Location of Disk Cleanup is:C:\Documents and Settings\All

Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools

and location of Disk defragmenter is:-C:\Documents and

Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System

Tools.
