Windows 98 Upgrade to OEM Windows XP

I recently upgraded to XP, but did not realize that I purchased an OEM
version of XP. Basically, I did a clean new installation instead of an
upgrade. My programs and files from 98 are all in the "Program Files" folder
on the hard drive. Is there a way to get XP to install these programs? Do I
have to reinstall all of those programs with original disks/CD's?

Thank you.
