On internet options on my 8 year old son's computer we
enabled the Contents Adviser. No password was created as
far as we were aware. My son says that he didn't create
one.We can only assume that he did so inadvertently. Each
time he tries to access the internet the contents adviser
appears and because there is a password which we do not
know he is unable to access the internet. We cannot
disable the contents adviser as we do not know the
supervisor password. How can we override the forgotten
password. No password disc was created as we were unaware
that a password was created. My son is becoming
frustrated that he cannot access the internet. Help!
