Windows 98 Internet

Forgive me. I have a Windows 98 issue. Can't find the expert zone for 98. I
have Sbc/Yahoo DSL on 98 machine. I can browse the internet but can't log
into any of my financial institutions (Wells Fargo, etc...). I can get to
the home pages but when I log in to my accounts I get the page cannot be
found page. Please help.

It is possible your version of Internet Explorer is not the 128bit version. A
lot of financial institutions require a strong encrypted version of IE.
