Windows 98 error

Sometime, the Windows will have the error after the startup.

A Fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C00372B1 in VXD IFSMGR(01) +
000038ED. The current application will be terminated.

I've search the error in Microsoft website but cannot found the exactly
error.


Anyone can help ?

I would post this in the Windows 98 newsgroup, the OE in the error doesn't
mean Outlook Express (its zero E)
