Windows Vista Windows 7

I know about all the rumors flying about,just wanted to know what you guys think,will windows 7 be out in 2009?Will it be a total departure from windows xp as vista is?will it have any of the feature bloat or the annoying user experience things?

Windows 7 Is just another verison of Vista with a few new feathers in it.
