Please repost your question in a forum supporting Windows Live Mail. This
forum is for a different program, the database software Microsoft Access. It
would appear that http://msgroups.net - a repackaged version of the Microsoft
newsgroups - defaults to putting messages in the Access forum (perhaps because
its name is first alphabetically), but this isn't the appropriate place for
your question.
