How do I change the action of button in Access 2007 contact list?

I need to change the email address manually when I click the "send email"
button to create new email directly from Contact List of Access 2007 as the
default email address is including the receiver name (name + emal address was
recognized as wrong email address by Windows Live Mail). How to change the
default setting of Access 2007?
