Windows 64 bit beta will not install

I have the following system:



Athlon 64 3200 processor

VIA K8T800 K8T NEO-FSR motherboard

PC 4000 Kingston memory 1 gig (2x512 meg)

200 gig Western digital hard drive

80 gigabyte Western digital hardware

Lite ON DVD-R/+R 8x speed recorder

Samsung 52x32x52 Cd-R player

400 watt power supply

Sony Floppy drive

Pixelview FX 5800 128 meg video card

Using built in sound on the motherboard (no sound card)





This system works perfectly under Windows XP professional.



The beta 64 bit Windows O/S installs but when it gets to the point in the
setup that says "setup will complete in approximately 35 minutes" left it
stops with an error message of IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I tried all the
suggestions given by the error message except take out my video card as I
have no other video card to try.



I thought perhaps it might be a bad download so I downloaded it three
different times and burned the ISO image to 3 different CD-Rs. Still stops
at the 35 minute point even if I try a whole new install and delete the
previous install Any suggestions?
