Windows 2003 Native Mode

After we upgrade all domain controllers from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 SP1
we tried to change the functional level of our domain to Windows 2003 Native
Mode.
We received an error message that one of the DC is not upgraded wet.
The server had already been upgraded to Windows 2003 but when we checked the
OS from the Active Directory Users and Computers tool it wan reported as
Windows 2000 SP4.
The same tool if was ran from the server in question it says that the server
is running Windows 2003 SE with SP1.

Has someone any idea how to fix the error in the A.D. ?
