doing home video making on DVD burner and playing some not

You probably received a "trial version" of Windows Server 2003 that
will only work for a certain period of time. This is not an ideal operating
system for what you intend to do. Windows XP Professional would be
the best choice for your computing needs.

Carey,
The products that are given away at the TS2 seminars are all full versions.
You either get Windows Server 2003 Premium or Office 2003 Professional and
even a free coke and popcorn....

For Ali, I agree with Carey on if its the ideal OS for that user. For WinXP
its best to use the Upgrade Advisor available on the Windows XP home page or
since you already have the Windows 2003 Server, use disk 1 and you should
see a file called winnt32.exe, you can go to RUN and type in
winnt32.exe/checkupgradeonly and it will go thru your system and tell you
what will and will not work. My guess is you will be much happier with XP or
XP Pro. I doubt there is any game support on Windows Server 2003.
