Windows 2000, Windows Messaging update

Upgrading from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 .... Windows
Messaging components (from Office 95 - old package) are
removed and cannot be reloaded due to incompatibility.
Files for Windows 2000 install are available somewhere on
Microsoft website but since hardware came from Dell
Microsoft says contact Dell. It seems that the interns
are running Dell (just like on TV) and no one there can
help. Anybody know how/where to obtain these files ?
