Windows 2000 very slow

Martintb

I used Remote desktop connection to remotely control server from home (loged
in as administrator) . My other colleague also used Remote desktop
Connection at the same time from his home.

Now we cannot login anymore and Windows 2000 server is very very slow. When
we are on the office it is very slow also. The CPU is approx 3% and also
when we use CRTL-ALT-DEL (taskmanager) we cannot see any anything strange.
We already boot out server many times but this seems not to work.

Does anybody know what it could be ?. Could it be a session which might be
open ? How can we kill the sessions in Windows 2000 server which are open ?

Booting the server would have killed any remote sessions. Check Event Viewer
for errors.
