Windows 2000 using Outlook 2003 Virtual Memory Error

I am an admin with several brand new windows 2000 SP4
machines and those that I loaded with Outlook 2003 are
giving me an "Out of virtual memory" error. So I then
clear the memory and set the VM to the max size and I
still get the VM errors at times. These computers have
at least 512DDR RAM and 80gig Hard drives. Any idea's?

I just had the exact same thing happen to me and i looked
at the task manager and there was an update that was sent
to the coputer that didnt quite get installed and was
pounding the processor speed down to nill which caused the
virtual memory errors. I removed the program and the
msiex.exe went away from the task manager and it works
fine now. It was a mcafee update by the way.
