Windows 2000 TS problem

Hi,
Can someone please help me understand what I'm doing
wrong. I have TS on a 2000 server mix with Novell
servers. My problem is that I create all my network
printers for TS and the clients can remotely print for a
month or 2 then they can not. I check the Printer folder
and all the Printers are gone. I reboot the TS and the
printers are back and the clients can print again. I
don't have to reload the drives or nothing just rebooting
fix the problem. Is there something else I can do to
stop this from happening and me having to reboot the TS.
Thnks for your time and knowledge.

If all your printers have disappeared, then probably your printer
spooler has crashed.
As a workaround, you don't have to reboot the server, you can
start the spooler again.
The reason for a crashing spooler is nearly always the use of a
3th party printer driver, which is not completely compatible with
Terminal Services.
Find out which printer was used shortly before the spooler crashes
(in EventLog) and map that printer to a native printer driver on
the server.
