Windows 2000 system clock loses time after every reboot. I
am running a standalone server w FAT 32 and there are no
problems in the System Event Viewer. What can I do?

What makes you think it's Windows 2000 that loses time?
You have a clock on the motherboard, and a battery - they
are the main keepers of system time!
