System clock loses time

Windows 2000 system clock loses time after every reboot. I
am running a standalone server w FAT 32 and there are no
problems in the System Event Viewer. What can I do?

rebuilt it or check for viruses or check to see what
programs load at trhe taskbar this is a software issue

Thank you Anonymous: the problem was fixed by replacing
the battery.
