I find it very odd that this is happening (as I am sure you do). Rundll.exe
is used to run 16-BIT .dll files, and should not be running in a VANILLA
(clean, with zero add'l software installed).
In you "clean" install, have you already loaded drivers for the various
hardware on your system? It could be that some of this software is
responsible for the rundll.exe/rundll32.exe processes running.
