windows 2000 server

i have a windows 2000 server with an allied telesyn isdn
router connected to it and it keeps redialing the internet.
repeatedly over and over again.
no other pc's are connected at the time and windows update
is disabled/antivirus update disabled.
no other programs are running in background
any help please

Hi Tad,
Try going into the Internet Explorer Properties, Connections tab, and
selecting "Never Dial a Connection."
