Windows 2000 server

my windows 2000 server is too slow why?
current configuration:
processor 1ghz
memory 1gb
free hard drive space 10gb
pls help as i dt want to reinstall

Take a look at Task Manager|Processes tab to see what process is consuming
the mem/cpu
