Windows 2000 Server SLOW Shut Down

Hello.

My Windows 2000 Server has been shutting down and starting up VERY SLOWLY.
It takes probably 15 minutes or more to reboot it. I found a KB article that
says that I should install the latest service pack for XP. That doesn't
really make sense to me since the server is running 2000.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

try shutting down the spooler service manually first before shutting
down to see if that helps
