Windows 2000 Server - NT Backup

I would like to backup two jobs at the same time with NT backup on 2
tape drivers (1 job on 1 tape driver and 1 on the other). Is this
possible with NT Backup?

From my experience, while you *can* set more than one backup going on
one machine, the second one waits for the first to complete.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Can you give more details?
