How to make NT Backup accept ANY tape?

I want to implement a very simple backup routine for our church using an HP
SureStore tape drive (single slot, no rotation). I am using 6 tapes, named
"Backup - 1" through "Backup - 6" in the media pool "4mm DDS" under Backup.
I want to have a weekly schedule for a full (normal) backup, and simply
eject the previous tape and pop in the next.

I have been using VERITAS Backup Exec for a while, which nicely accepted
whatever tape I popped in from the media pool. But since we do not have a
license for Backup Exec (and don't have the funds for it) I was wondering if
I could use the NT Backup program included with Windows 2000 Server. I have
tried this, but with NT Backup it seems you must specify exactly which tape
to use for each backup. When my scheduled backup kicks in at 2am, it just
sits there waiting for some different media. Very annoying.

Is there a way to make NT Backup accept whatever tape I happened to pop in
that week?

Thx...

Ah, never mind...I think. Just found something on Technet, saying that I can
use the switch /um for "un-managed" backups. Initial try seems to work,
although it DOES overwrite my media labels. Oh well, I can live with that...
