Windows 2000 Server need to be restart for more productive working

Dear All,

Some guys tell me that we should re-start the Window 2000 Server after some
weeks working? I wonder if it is OK or not. PLease give me a explaination!

Monitor Peak, under commit charge, on the Performance tab of Task Manager.
If Peak continues to grow, you have a slow memory leak, and restarting will
recover the memory and improve performance.
