Windows 2000 Server XP Firewall Policy Help

Hello All,

Is there anybody out there that is running Windows 2000 Server and has
implemented Windows XP Firewall policies in group policy? If so, could you
please tell me how you did it as we dont have this policy. Is there an
additional .adm template available for download?

If not, could you tell me another way of doing this, apart from configuring
each workstation.

Hi Jason,

On our domain we use the following GPO for disabling firewalls in XP machines:

Computer Configuration
Administrative Templates
Network/Network Connections
Policy Setting
Prohibit use of Internet Connection Firewall on your DNS domain network

We have a 2003 Domain, not sure if the above is of any help to you.
