Windows 2000 Server hardware error

I'm receiving the error message "Event ID 9 - The device,
\Device\Scsi\mraid35x1, did not respond within the timeout
period". The error occurs every 3-5 days in the System
Event log. The server is running 2000 Server SP4. Has
anyone experienced and resolved this error? Thanks.

what SCSI controllers do you have in the box? Is this an AMI Megraid
controller?

do you have the latest driver? Have your tried running chkdsk on the
volumes?
