identify device from Event Viewer

I've been getting errors in Event Viewer:

'The device, \Device\Scsi\dpti2o1, did not respond within the timeout
period.'


At first this caused the pc to blue screen, I checked the drives (this
is a RAID setup) and found a bad drive, replaced it, rebuilt the RAID,
and all the drives checked out, but I continue to get this error.

How can I identify what this is pointing to ?

How about the RAID controller, does it have the latest firmware? See also:

All the latest firmware has been applied, both controller card firmware
and windows drivers.
