Windows 2000 Server as a Print Server with XP Clients

I have a Windows 2000 Server that I wish to set up as a Print Server.
Over half of my clients workstations are running Windows XP Pro

How do I install XP Print Drivers on Windows 2000 Server, so when the
XP client connects, they received the proper driver?
I suspect that there is not much difference in the Win2K driver and XP
driver, so may I will just need to live with Win2K drivers on XP?

I am primarly using HP LaserJet 42xx series printers.
I do have a few different model HP and few off brand printers.

If the driver is included in XP, just use an XP machine with admin rights on
the print server to remotely install the printers

open the remote machine
Start
Run
\\printserver

then open the printers folder and run the Add Printer Wizard. The XP
machine will display a list of models (or use Have Disk). This will also
install the XP + Service Pack core unidrv or postscript files on the Win2k
Server.
