Windows 2000 Server and XP client

I have one machine running Windows 2000 Server and one running XP pro. How
do I set up the machines so that the 'home' directories are located on the
2000 machine and the XP machine mounts them? The two machines will be
connected via 100mb NICs and a crossover cable.

One of two ways. If the W2K server is a domain controller, you can set the
user home directory in the domain user manager on the server. If it is not,
you can mount the home directory using a logon script placed on each
machine.
