Windows 2000 SBS and Windows 2003 server on same domain?

Is it possible to have a Windows 2000 SBS as the PDC and have a Windows 2003
Standard server on the same domain? (I'm assuming that the SBS will have to
be the PDC, and the Windows 2003 server as the BDC)

You can have a W2k3 DC on your SBS domain, yes. Note there's no PDC/BDC
distinction anymore - DCs are peers, with the exception of a few special
roles - and you have to leave those on the SBS box.
