Windows 2000 Professional local admin password

A user tried to move a Win2K Prof workstation from the
domain to a work group, and lost all connectivity to the
domain. this user has also forgotten the local admin
password is there any way to recover this workstation???
 
When moving from the domain to the workgroup they would have had to enter a
new admin password.....Twice. If they can not recall the password, then the
only recommended ways to recover the machine would to log in with a separate
user account that may have administrative privileges ( or at least enough
privilege to re-add the computer to the domain, in which case the domain
admin could re-claim the machine )
