You can't "downgrade" your OS - you'll need to boot from the W2k CD and
choose a new installation - you can delete the existing partition and create
a new one, format, and install. Of course you will need to have backed up
all your data beforehand, and you will need to reinstall all your
applications...
What's the trouble you're having with XP that makes you want to do this?
Other than the user interface and a few bells and whistles, Windows XP is
really just Windows XP ....and you can turn off the resource hogging "Fisher
Price" user interface in XP anyway....
