Windows 2000 nt cannot log in----lost password

How do log onto my computer if i lost the password and
username to the login screen? Is there some way I can get
by the login screen and then fix my computer so I dont
have that problem happen again? Please help.

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot logon to the machine if you do not have a username
or a password.

If you need to have the data on the machine restored, then you can do an
inplace upgrade
or try a parallel install.

In either case, you will have to install all your applications again.
