Windows 2000 forgotten login password

I have a Dell laptop running Windows 2000. I was prompted
to choose another password since the previous password had
expired. Since doing that, I have forgotten the
password. Is there a way to reset it? Also...the laptop
does not have a floppy drive. Thanks.

The "ERD Commander 2002" is do it.
